PACKAGE DETAILS

1. Buyer will receive the unit of his/her choice at the published sales price less 15% discount.
2. Buyer will deposit $10,000 with a reservation for 30 days to be held in Escrow. During this period the Buyer will have time to review documents with his lawyer.
3. Upon the 30th day period Buyer will deposit an additional amount equal to 5% of the purchase price (less reservation deposit), which will be held in Escrow until the day of the Founders event.
4. The Founders event will be held on the site of Las Arenas. At this event the Founders will formalize their purchase and close by paying the balance of 25% of the purchase price. Buyers have the option of proceeding or requesting their money back. A second payment of 20% percent will have to be paid within 12 months of the closing with the balance at delivery of the unit (estimated to be approximately 18 to 24 month from the date of the event).
5. The 30% deposit will be held in Escrow until the building construction reaches the first floor of apartments (3rd Floor).
6. Buyer will have the right to purchase one additional unit at the published sales price less 10% discount for a period of 90 days after the date of the Founders event.  Price will increase by approximate 10% after the day of the event.
7. The Buyer will have access to the private beach club during the construction and delivery of his units, which will be built on the site next to Las Arenas.
