Las Arenas has been designed by the well-known Dominican architect Jorge Mesa, who has many projects under his portfolio, all first quality. Owner of the GAT Consulting firm, the Architect Jorge Mesa is recognized by his vast experience in the luxury construction industry. Among his list in the Dominican Republic you may find Attias I and II Towers, and Maria Romina I and II Towers in Santo Domingo.

Responsible for the landscaping is the famous artist Arthur Bossy. An expert in landscaping, he manages the eco-friendly design to  perfection. His art is not based on his creative capacity, but in the faith and the risk of his clients from whom he receives the freedom to project his work. Two that we can mention is the Botanical Garden of Barcelona, and the Gardens of Saint Clotilde in Lloret de Mar, Girona, Spain.
