The Platinum Founder’s Package brings an elite group of first buyers the following:

PACKAGE DETAILS

  1. Buyer will receive an area of 150 square meters at the published sales price less 20% discount. These 150 square meters can be used to purchase any unit or units totaling at least the 150 square meters. If the unit or units are above the 150 square meters, those additional square meters will be sold under the same terms. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the offer for this Platinum Founders package once it reaches a maximum of 6,000 total square meters sold of the building between the Diamond and Platinum Packages sold.
  2. Buyer will deposit $10,000 with a reservation for 30 days to be held in Escrow. During this period the buyer will have time to review documents with his/her lawyer.
  3. Upon the 30th day period buyer will deposit an additional 5% of the purchase price (less reservation deposit).
  4. A Founders event will be held on the site of Las Arenas. At this event the Founders will formalize their purchase. At this time the balance of 95% of the purchase price is due. Buyers have the option of proceeding or requesting their money back. Also, the Buyers at anytime during this period to the date of the event can also request their money back without conditions.
  5. At the end of the 30th month, the Buyer will have the option to continue with the purchase or request their money back without conditions
  6. Buyer will be guaranteed the interest made on the escrow if he/she decides to request return of deposits and cancel their purchase or have it credited toward the purchase.
  7. The Developer reserves the right during the 30 months period to request the Buyer to exercise his/her option or to buy him/her out.
  8. The Buyer will have access to the private beach club during the construction and delivery of his/her units, which will be built on the site next to Las Arenas.
